WHAT DO I DO NEXT?
The answer is very simple, and fun! Just follow the easy guide below.
1. Choose one of our preset packages that fits your dreams and budget best.
We listened to brides of the past and we created a total of five different packages
making your video shopping easy, quick and fun. But, if these packages do not fit
exactly what you are looking for then we are always happy to taylor a package to
suit you.
2. Review the list of special services.
Consider any extra items that you would like such as a photo montage for the
reception, pre-ceremony coverage at the bride’s house or choice of location, extra
cameras, highlight montages, unlimited reception coverage, and much more.
3. Call or email a wedding specialist at Video Horizons, LLC.
Discuss and get advice on your choices and options. Our wedding specialist will go
over every detail with you and help you through all decisions. You can email
directly to weddings@videohorizonsllc.com or call our office at (724) 216-5803.
4. Video Horizons will mail you the contract and a fun video planning guide.
The wedding video contract is simple, clear and easy to follow. The video planning
guide is where you tell us all about your wedding and reception, and, you get to give
us input on how we can edit your video; for example, you can tell us if you like black
& white or slow motion effects, and you can even tell us what song you’d like us to
use for your video highlight montage! And if you’re not sure, that’s OK because we
are very experienced at selecting just the right song.
5. Return the paperwork with the pre-determined retainer deposit.
As soon as we receive the contract and deposit back from you we lock off your
wedding date. We will never double book a date or sell your wedding video
contract!
6. We return copies of everything to you for your records.
Sometimes we reserve dates one year in advance. You will have copies of all
paperwork and if you ever want to make a change or update simply let us know any
time.
7. Final meeting to finalize all information.
Approximately one month before the date of your wedding we will meet either in
person or via telephone to update and finalize all information.
8. We arrive 1 1/2 to 2 hours before the scheduled time of the wedding.
Unless other arrangements are made or pre-ceremony coverage has been purchased,
we arrive at least 1 1/2 hours before the scheduled start time. This allows us to
discretely set up our equipment, meet with the priest or officiant, and to get
beautiful video footage of the location.
